抽屉轨产品特点： 

1、轮子采用高耐磨性和优异自润滑性的尼龙66材质，令滑动更顺畅; 载重10kg 环境下推拉测试5万次后完好无损，通过《国家家具五金质量检测中心》达标检测。

2、滑轨采用1.2mm高精密优质冷轧板，滑轨平面平直度达0.050mm，无波纹，滑动平稳无跳动，特设的折边限位平衡了安装的误差使安装更容易；科学的斜面设计，保证抽屉推至60mm时可以自动关闭。.

3、滑轨采用进口环氧化合物喷粉，无毒、环保、有效防止腐蚀及生锈。自动喷涂，烘干固化温度高达170-180度，表面硬度达到在4H以上。

4、特制多种不同规格尺寸，以配合不同深度的抽屉。

Drawer rail Features:

1、The pulley is made of high abrasive-resistance and lubricating  Pa66 material, which makes sliding more smoothly. It works well loading 10kg for 50,000 times pushing and pulling. It passes the tests of National Furniture Hardware Quality Test Center.  

2、The runner is made of 1.2mm high-quality cold-rolled plank. The straightness of the runner plane is 0.050mm without any ripples. It slides smoothly. The specially-designed restrictor of the hem reduces error and facilitates installation. A scientific bevel design ensures the draw automatically close when pushed to 60mm.

抽屉轨安装步骤：

A.       根据柜深选用相应长度的抽屉轨道。根据实物和说明书在适当位置画线。

B.       根据画线，在柜门侧板上，安装左右固定轨,并用螺钉固定。

C.       在抽屉上固定左右活动轨。

D.       抬起抽屉，将抽屉轨道活动轨插入固定轨。试推拉抽屉，检查滑动是否顺畅。给予调整。拧紧所有螺钉。

Drawer rail Installation steps:

A.       According to the depth of the drawer, choose the appropriate track. Draw lines according to the specification.

B.       According to the drawn lines, Install the left and right positioning track on the side plate.

C.       fix the left and right mobile track on the drawer.

D.       Raise the drawer, insert the mobile track into the positioning track. Try pushing the drawer tocheck it whether it slides smoothly. Adjust it and screw down all the screws.

产品保养:

1、防止在搬运中出现的碰伤。

2、清洁时，尽量不要弄湿金属镀件，先用软布或干棉纱除灰尘，再用干布擦拭，保持干燥。不可以使用有颜色的清洁剂，或用力破坏表面层。

3、应防止酸碱盐类的侵蚀和沾污。

Maintenance of products:
