产品特点:

1、材质：底座采用优质锌合金。管材采用H65黄铜制成，铜管壁厚1.0mm.

2、为保证材质的致密性和防止镀层表面针孔，所有杆件经过特殊压光处理

3、尺寸、形状公差遵循欧洲标准DIN ISO-2768-mK;尺寸、间隙配合精密，细节尽显完美品质。

4、加工：主要通过冷冲，热锻、弯杆，精密数控车床加工，7道以上抛光工序，无心磨和平面砂光的处理，使产品外形保持最佳。

5、电镀镀层：镍层6um,铬层0.1um以上,镀层与基体覆盖致密，铜基材产品均通过ISO9227（GB10125）中性盐雾实验96H达到8级以上，并通过 ISO6988通常凝露状态下的SO2腐蚀实验，72小时达8级以上。镀层无气泡，划痕，砂孔，起斑等现象。

6、六颗小星棋布，进口不锈钢内六角锁紧螺钉连接，结构合理，牢固，安装方便。

1、Material: The base is made of high-quality zinc alloy; tube made of H65 brass, whose thickness is 1.0 mm. The toilet paper rack plank made of imported  304  8 k stainless steel plate.

2、In order to insure the fineness of material and prevent from pinhole on the surface of plating layer, all pole pieces have undergone a special pressing process.

3、The tolerance of size and shape follows European Standard DIN ISO-2768-mK. The dimension and tolerance  make precise match, with perfect details.

4、Process: Mainly go through blanking, forging, pole-bend, nicety Computerized Numerical Control  lathing, with 7-above steps polishing, which keeps the products in best shape.

5、Electroplate: 6-um nickel layer, 0.1-um chrome layer. The main body is closely overlaid with plate layer. The copper material products all pass ISO9227(GB10125) tests, with a 96 Hs neutralsalt fog above, and pass ISO6988 SO2 decay tests under the usual dewiness, reaching 8 grades above for 72 hours. Electroplate is free of bubble, scratch, sand bore, and spot etc.

产品保养:

1、防止在搬运中出现的碰伤。

2、清洁时，尽量不要弄湿金属镀件，先用软布或干棉纱除灰尘，再用干布沾少许防锈机油擦抹，也可以用中性光蜡和植物油防锈擦拭。最后用干布抹干，保持干燥。

3、铜质卫浴五金在使用中，不应超荷。应防止酸碱盐类的侵蚀和沾污。

4、平时不用的铜质卫浴五金，可涂一层防锈剂，并保持干燥。

maintenance of products:

1、Prevention from the scratches during the conveying process. 

2、Try not to moisten the metallic plating pieces. Sweep with soft cloth or dry cotton yarn, then wipe out with dry cloth stained with a little anti-rust oil , as well as with neuterlight-wax and plant oil. Finally dry up with dry cloth. Keep dry.

3、In use, copper bathroom products shouldn't be overloaded, and should be prevented from any kind of chemical erosion.

4、When not in use, copper bathroom products can be coated one-layer anti-rust oil, and kept dry.

安装步骤：

A.        根据产品安装孔位，在墙面相应位置画出螺钉孔中心线后，用冲击钻分别钻φ6孔。

B.         用铁锤小心将塑料胀塞打入墙面，不能突出墙面，可用小刀切除露墙外的部分。

C.         用ST4.2螺丝将底座固定在墙面上。

D.        将钩体向底座对准，并且放到位。

E.         将钩体用M5的内六角紧顶螺钉固定在底座上。

A.        Position the bores according to the product. Drill φ 6 bores respectively with impact driller, after the center line for bolt bore is drawn in the appropriate position on the wall.

B.         Knock plastics bulge into the wall with hammer. Don't let it outstand the wall. Use a knife to cut out the prominent part.

C.         Use ST4.2 screws to fix base on the wall.

D.        Aim the hook toward the base, and put in position.

E.         Fix the hook on the base with the M5 inner hexangular set screw.
