铜合页产品特点：

表面漆膜经过150度以上高温加工而成，硬度高达3H，光洁度高，不变形，不易起黑点。激光打印标识，材料采用优质68号铜，合页采用进口精密轴承，轴向间隙0.1~0.3MM，径向间隙不大于0.3MM，合页测试承重50公斤，开合20万次无损坏。

Butt Hinge Features:

Its surface paint film undergoes over 150 degree centigrade high temperature process, with 3H rigidity, high smoothness, deformable, no spots. Laser marking, it is made of good-quality No.68 copper, rolled hinge is made of imported precision bearing, axial spacing 0.1~0.3mm, radial clearance not more than 0.3mm. It passes 50 Kg loading test, with 200,000 times without damage.

铜合页安装步骤：

A.       根据门扇的尺寸，确定每扇门需要安装的合页数量。并在门扇上画线。

B.       根据门扇安装合页的数量和尺寸，在门框相应位置画线。

C.       在门扇上开槽，深度根据合页厚度及两个合页片之间的间隙确定，一般深度为一个页面厚度。

D.       在门框上开槽，深度为一个页面厚度。

E.       在门框上用两个螺钉固定一个合页。

F.       将门与门框对齐，每个合页用两个螺钉固定在门扇上,试开启门扇，检查间隙是否合理。调节合适后拧紧全部螺钉。每个合页用10个螺钉固定。

Butt Hinge Installation Steps:

A.       According to the size of door leaf, make sure of the amount of rolled hinge each door needs, then draw lines on the door leaf.

B.       Draw lines on the doorframe according to the amount and size of the rolled hinges needed to install.

C.       Notch on the door leaf. The depth should be made sure according to the thickness of the rolled hinge and space between two hinges. The general depth is equal to the thickness of a hinge.

D.       Notch on the doorframe, with depth equal to the thickness of a hinge.

E.       Fix a hinge with two screws on the doorframe.Align the door to the doorframe. Each hinge is fixed with two screws on the door leaf.

F.       Try opening the door to check whether the space is reasonable. Adjust it then screw doWithin all screws. Each hinge is fixed with ten screws.

铜合页产品保养：

1、防止在搬运中出现的碰伤。

2、清洁时，尽量不要弄湿金属镀件，先用软布或干棉纱除灰尘，再用干布擦拭，保持干燥。

3、铜质五金在使用中，不应超荷。应防止酸碱盐类的侵蚀和沾污。

Butt Hinge maintenance of products:

1、Prevention from the scratches during the conveying process. 

2、Try not to moisten the metallic plating pieces. Sweep with soft cloth or dry cotton yarn, Finally dry up with dry cloth. Keep dry.

3、In use, copper  products shouldn't be overloaded, and should be prevented from any kind of chemical erosion.
