P9071双拉大门锁产品特点：

1、装饰件执手面板采用精密铸造和锻压工艺制作，工件致密，无疏松针孔，外观精致,材料防强，表面光泽持久，可广泛用于空气湿度大的房间，外露的门，在中国沿海地区特别潮湿，可以广泛使用；

P9071 door lock Features:

1、The decorative handle and plate adopt precision die-casting techniques. Compact design without any pin holes , with strong corrosion-resistance and long-lasting polishing on the surface. It can be widely used in rooms where there is much humidity, especially in the coastal areas.

2、It adopts Taiwanese polishing and sandering process machines. It has little deformation and smooth surface. The uneven part is less than 0.02mm. The lines are straight and has a clear profile. A simple design. It apply to any occasion. It combines both mirroring and drawbenching surface process. It appears more high-classed;

3、It adopts imported quality steel 304 material, increasing corrosion-resistance and scratch resistance.

4、The parts of the lock are made of stainless steel.with strong corrosion-resistance.

6、The square tongue on top and inclined tongue at bottom.

7、dual-handle lock equipped with the buttons and trying to lateral, pressing buttons can open the inclined tongue. 豪华大锁安装步骤：

1.确保斜舌斜面与关门方向一致，根实物画线开孔。

2.安装锁体。

3.预紧衬板螺丝。

4.在前面板上安装锁芯，使钥匙转动顺畅，拧紧螺钉，安装前后面板，使钥匙、按钮转动顺畅，预紧面板螺钉。

5.安装扣板及扣盒，对齐锁体，应使锁舌与之配合顺畅，拧紧螺钉。

Grand entrance lockin installation steps:

1.Make sure the inclined tongue go with the closing direction.draw lines and make holes according to the specification and product.

2.Place the lock body in to the hole.

3.Per-fix the screws of the back veneer.

4.Install the lock cylinder, make the key run smoothly, screw down the screw.Install the inner and outer plates, make the pushbutton and knob run smoothly and screw down the screw.

5.Install the gusset plate and gusset box. Make them parallel to the lock and match the lock tongue. Fix the screws.

产品保养：

1 、安装锁具前要仔细阅读说明书，特别注意的是，在没有刷油漆前开孔，油漆干后才将锁安装上。千万不要在油漆未干就装门锁。油漆的挥发性气体会减少锁的使用寿命。

2 、锁具在平日开关门的过程中，最好握着执手把锁舌旋进锁体，关好门后再松手，不要用力撞门，否则会减少使用寿命。锁具使用一段时间后，会出现开启不顺畅的现象，不要往锁心内滴机油，将滑石粉或铅笔心的细屑滑入锁心内即可。 　 

3 、另外，不要用湿布擦拭锁体和执手，因为有些金属材质的锁具会因此生锈；合金材质的锁具会将镀层磨掉，失去美观的效果。

Maintenance of products:

1、Read carefully the specification of the lock before use. Note that if punching hole before being painted, then do not install the lock until the paint is dry. Never install it before the paint gets dry. The volatile gas of the paint can reduce the useful life.

2、In everday use, it is best to hole the handle to insert the lock-tongue into the lock. Do not let off until the door is closed. Do not bang the dcor, otherwise it would reduce its useful life. When used for a time, the lock may not be opened smoothly. Do not dip mechanical oil into the lock. Instead, slip some French chalk or pencil fines into it.

 3、In addition, do not use wet cloth to wipe the lock and handle, because some metallic lock might get rusted. The alloy lock may lose its plated surace, and its brightness.
