P9072SS双拉大门锁产品特点：

1、执手、面板采用精密铸造和锻压工艺制作，工件致密，无疏松针孔，外观精致；表面光泽持久，防腐能力强，可以广泛用于潮湿环境；

3、执手、面板采用进口优质不锈钢304材料，大大提高了防腐，防划伤能力；

4、锁体主要传动零件：方舌、斜舌、圆柱舌、拔动件、衬板、扣板等，材质为黄铜，强度高，锁盒体材质是不锈钢；

5、锁体规格为64X87；

6、方舌在上，双拉手锁内外都有拉手，室外有按钮开启斜舌，用钥匙开启方舌、斜舌，室内侧用大旋钮 开启斜舌，用小旋钮开启方舌；

安装步骤：

A.        确定开门方向后，调整斜舌方向，根据安装纸规，并在门上按照特定的高度定位，依照纸规上的定位点及所要求的尺寸在门上做好标记。按标记在门厚中间凿槽，从门面上钻孔。

B.        首先移走面板螺丝及面板；

C.        将锁体插入已开好孔的门扇，并上紧锁体固定螺丝；

D.       将圆头螺丝及垫圈从方轴上移走，将方轴从后面板方向水平插入锁体方形孔至外部。重新放入垫圈，并且重新从外部上紧圆头螺丝。

E.        安装前面板， 将固定螺丝穿过装饰垫圈拧紧固定前面板。

F.        安装后面板，用固定螺丝固定。（方舌处于收回状态）

G.       退少许锁头调节螺钉。（以锁头能旋入为准）使锁头穿过前面板与锁体安装位置对准，旋转锁头进入，旋紧锁头调节螺钉。

H.        转动把手，使方舌伸出，然后上紧锁体面板上螺丝。安装门扣盒和门扣板，使锁具开启顺畅。

Installation steps:

A.        Determine the opening direction of the door, then adjust the ramp tongue. According to the regulation permits, position it on the door at the specified height. In accordance with the regulation permits, the positioning points and the required size are marked on the door. By marking the doors thick middle fluting, then drill on the door leaf.

B.        Remove the plate screws and plate.

C.        Insert the lock body into door leaf, and screw down the fixing screws.

D.       Remove the round-head screws and washer from the side axis. The axis of side direction from the panel after insertion level lock-square hole to external. Add new washers and re-tightened from external head screwdriver

E.        Install the panel ,Insert the fixing screws through decorative washers to tighten the front panel.

F.        Install the back panel, and fix it with screws(the square tongue is retreated)

G.       Retreat a little adjustment screw lock. (Locks can be rotated into whichever is fine) so that the first through the lock front panel lock installation and alignment, rotation lock first entry, Rotary merely adjusting screw head

H.        Turn the handle and make the tongue stick out, then screw down the screws. Install the door holder box and door holder plate, to make locks open smoothly.

产品保养： 　

1 、安装锁具前要仔细阅读说明书，特别注意的是，在没有刷油漆前开孔，油漆干后才将锁安装上。千万不要在油漆未干就装门锁。油漆的挥发性气体会减少锁的使用寿命。

2  、锁具在平日开关门的过程中，最好握着执手把锁舌旋进锁体，关好门后再松手，不要用力撞门，否则会减少使用寿命。锁具使用一段时间后，会出现开启不顺畅的现象，不要往锁心内滴机油，将滑石粉或铅笔心的细屑滑入锁心内即可。 　 

3 、另外，不要用湿布擦拭锁体和执手，因为有些金属材质的锁具会因此生锈；合金材质的锁具会将镀层磨掉，失去美观的效果。

Maintenance of products:

1、Read carefully the specification of the lock before use. Note that if punching hole before being painted, then do not install the lock until the paint is dry. Never install it before the paint gets dry. The volatile gas of the paint can reduce the useful life.

2、In everday use, it is best to hole the handle to insert the lock-tongue into the lock. Do not let off until the door is closed. Do not bang the dcor, otherwise it would reduce its useful life. When used for a time, the lock may not be opened smoothly. Do not dip mechanical oil into the lock. Instead, slip some French chalk or pencil fines into it.

3、In addition, do not use wet cloth to wipe the lock and handle, because some metallic lock might get rusted. The alloy lock may lose its plated surace, and its brightness.
