产品保养：

1、安装锁具前要仔细阅读说明书，特别注意的是，在没有刷油漆前开孔，油漆干后才将锁安装上。千万不要在油漆未干就装门锁。油漆的挥发性气体会减少锁的使用寿命。

2、锁具在平日开关门的过程中，最好握着执手把锁舌旋进锁体，关好门后再松手，不要用力撞门，否则会减少使用寿命。锁具使用一段时间后，会出现开启不顺畅的现象，不要往锁心内滴机油，将滑石粉或铅笔心的细屑滑入锁心内即可。

3、另外，不要用湿布擦拭锁体和执手，因为有些金属材质的锁具会因此生锈；合金材质的锁具会将镀层磨掉，失去美观的效果。

 Small-Lock Maintenance of products:

1、Read carefully the specification of the lock before use. Note that if punching hole before being painted, then do not install the lock until the paint is dry. Never install it before the paint gets dry. The volatile gas of the paint can reduce the useful life.

2、In everday use, it is best to hole the handle to insert the lock-tongue into the lock. Do not let off until the door is closed. Do not bang the dcor, otherwise it would reduce its useful life. When used for a time, the lock may not be opened smoothly. Do not dip mechanical oil into the lock. Instead, slip some French chalk or pencil fines into it.

3、In addition, do not use wet cloth to wipe the lock and handle, because some metallic lock might get rusted. The alloy lock may lose its plated surace, and its brightness.

小锁安装步骤：

A.        确保斜舌斜面与关门方向一致，当需要调整锁体开门方向时，向上拨开斜舌换向片，将斜舌推进锁体后，旋转180°，根据安装纸规画线开孔。

B.         将锁体放入孔。

C.         预紧衬板螺钉。

D.        将方杆穿过门板插入锁体。

E.         安装内外面板，使把手转动顺畅,预紧螺钉，使钥匙及旋钮转动顺畅。

F.         安装扣板及扣盒，对齐锁体，应使锁舌与之配合顺畅，拧紧所有螺钉。

Installation steps: 

A.        Make sure the incline of the tongue go with the closing direction. When it is necessary to adjust the opening direction of the lock, remove the commuter bar of the inclined tongue, and push the tongue into the lock, rotate 180°.Draw lines and make holes according to the intallation specification.

B.         Place the lock into the hole.

C.         Pre-fix the screws of the back veneer.

D.        Insert the square bar through the door and into the lock.

E.         Install the inner and outer plates, making handle run smoothly.pre-fix the screws, making the key and knob run smoothly.

F.         install the gusset plate and gusset box, make them parallel to the lock and match the lock tongue. Fix all the screws.
